Servings:   4-5 People

Description:
I got this from Tita Offie. She's in Italy right now with her family. Thanks, thanks, thanks! She usually uses rigatoni or penne pasta, because the sauce will taste better if it seeps through the hole of the pasta. You can also use spaghetti if you want, but personally, I prefer short pasta. This goes great with garlic bread. :)

Ingredients:
300 grams minced meat
2 carrots [diced]
1 heart of celery [diced]
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small can of concentrated tomato sauce
1/2 kilo of any pasta you like
[I recommend Rigatoni or Penne pasta, or Barilla-- the best. These can be found in any one of the big supermarkets we have here, SM being the most common.]

Directions:
Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
Put in the garlic and onion. Let it cook for a few minutes, let it soften a bit.
Then, put in the minced meat. Let it cook for a few minutes then add the celery, carrots, and tomato sauce.
Stir to mix and let cook for 10 minutes. You can add a beef cube if you want, or chillies.
